בקיבוץ המתחדש המופרט, ערך העבודה עבר שינוי מ"עבודה עצמית" ו"כל עבודה מכבדת את בעליה" לעבודות "נמוכות", שכיום לא כל אחד מוכן לבצע, ולעבודות "מכובדות", בעלות "שווי כספי" גבוה. כל הצילומים צולמו בקיבוץ. אף אחד מהמצולמים אינו חבר קיבוץ.

In the renewed privatized Kibbutz, the value of the work has been altered from "self-work" and "all work is honorable" to "low" works, now not everyone is willing to make, and "respectability" works with a "financial value". All photos were taken on a kibbutz.
