לדברי זלי גורביץ', "מקום הוא מושג מופשט שאינו קיים באופן מובחן אלא על-פי האופן שבו אנחנו מגדירים אותו, מסמנים אותו, בונים אותו וחווים אותו בפועל". התמונות צולמו בחודשים 12/2010-5/2011 בשכונת רמת ידין בנתניה. שמה הקודם של השכונה היה שיכון "דורה", ע"ש דורה אבן, אשת מפקד "אלכסנדרוני". השכונה הוקמה בשנת 1949.

The former name of the neighborhood was "Dora", on the name of Dora Even, wife of the commander of "Alexandroni" (brigade that fought in the 1948 Arab-Israeli war).
